How to Store & Serve:

  • Room Temperature: Gogosi are best enjoyed fresh on the day they’re made, when they’re soft, fluffy, and at their peak texture.
  • Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days. Reheat slightly before serving to restore their softness.
  • Freezing: You can freeze unfilled doughnuts for up to 1–2 months. Thaw at room temperature and fill with jam before serving for best results.
  • Serving: Serve warm, generously dusted with powdered sugar. They pair perfectly with coffee, tea, or a glass of milk.
  • Presentation Idea: Arrange on a platter and dust with powdered sugar just before serving, or drizzle lightly with extra jam for a beautiful, bakery-style finish.
Tip: For the best texture, avoid overfrying—cook until just golden to keep the inside soft and airy.
